What does this expect from the export?
Export your metaobjects from Matrixify as normal (Admin → Apps → Matrixify → Export → Metaobjects). This tool looks for a sheet with columns Handle, Definition: Handle, Field, and Value (Matrixify's standard long format, one row per field). Any row whose Definition: Handle doesn't match the handle above is skipped, so it's safe to export everything and let this tool filter it down. Importing again replaces the current Q&A pairs list.
